Order your favourite beans, grounds, capsules, or accessories online, and we’ll deliver them straight to your door.
Delivery Timeframes
Under normal conditions, orders are delivered within 2–5 working days.
During sale periods or peak times, please allow 5–10 working days.
Courier Delivery Fees (South Africa):
- Main Centers (Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria): R120 – R200 (Weight dependant)
- Rest of South Africa (up to 10kg): R200

We accept credit/debit cards and EFT.

Delivery Information
Mi Casa Coffee partners with trusted logistics companies to provide door-to-door delivery across South Africa.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Major Centers: 3–7 working days (excluding public holidays)
- Special Orders: Custom or bulk items may require additional lead time
We deliver nationwide!
Mi Casa Coffee delivers to all areas across South Africa, including major cities and towns such as Beaufort West, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Centurion, Durban, East London, Ermelo, Ficksburg, George, Harrismith, Kimberley, Klerksdorp, Midrand, Nelspruit, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Richards Bay, Rustenburg, Springbok, Umtata, Upington, Witbank, Worcester, and Zeerust.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday, subject to stock availability.
- We deliver to farm addresses, but not to PO Boxes.
- If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you before processing your order.

Receiving Deliveries
A competent person at your delivery address may be required to sign for your parcel at the courier’s discretion.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every sip of your Mi Casa Coffee experience.
If something isn’t right, we offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return:
Email us at orders@micasacoffee.co.za.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at orders@micasacoffee.co.za so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before returning it.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend completing a return for the original item and placing a new order for your replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
